What level training programme is best for me?

There are three varying levels of our online training programmes; Beginner, Advanced, Elite. For those newer to exercise and functional strength/endurance training, we suggest the Beginner programme as it focuses on fundamental introductory movements. For those with some experience in functional strength/endurance training , we recommend the Advanced programme as it progresses through key movements. For those with high experience of strength/endurance training who want to really test themselves, we recommend the Elite programme to push your body to new limits.

What are the differences between the Beginner, Advanced, and Elite training programmes?

The main differences include the amount of training sessions per week and the degree of difficulty of the movements/exercises. Beginner = 3x tailored training sessions per week, Advanced = 5x tailored training sessions per week, Elite = 7x tailored training sessions per week.

Where do I fill out the answers on my experience and goals to receive my tailored programme?

Once you have purchased your bespoke online training programme, you will receive a confirmation email with some questions to answer to provide us with information on your fitness experience and goals. Once we receive your answers, you will receive your programme within 2-3 business days.

Are kettlebells easy to use?

The kettlebell is a small and versatile piece of equipment that is easy for all to use, regardless of your age, ability, or experience.

How much do kettlebells cost?

  • Kettlebells are inexpensive, mostly ranging from £10-£50 depending on weight. Over a longer period of time, you may need to increase the weight to continue to evolve.

Is it really accessible to anyone?

Our bespoke training programmes are individually designed for you, your abilities, and your long term goals. Whether you are 18 years old wanting to improve your strength or 60 years old wanting to become healthier and lose weight, this is attainable by all.

Is there a monthly subscription?

  • There are no monthly subscriptions. All training programme lengths are one time payments, meaning you are committing to that length, and not tied to any membership or monthly payment.

How long do the workouts take?

All programmes are designed to take approximately 20-30 minutes, allowing you the convenience of never missing another workout again.

What if I cannot do an exercise?

If you are unable to perform an exercise for whatever reason, let us know and we will substitute for another exercise that is attainable for you.

How long until I feel and see a difference?

Noticing differences in your strength, fitness, and health varies amongst all. Most will feel and see improvements after 4-6 weeks, with the most dramatic evolution taking place between 3-12 months. Consistency is key.

What weight kettlebell is best for me?

The ideal weight varies on the individual. The average weight range used for the programs are: Beginner (2-10kg), Advanced (10-20kg), Elite (20-30kg). Once you have purchased your programme and have answered the questions on your experience and goals, you will receive a recommended weight to use.

Are kettlebells good for functional training?

Kettlebells are one of the most effective pieces of equipment for functional training. Functional training with kettlebells engages your entire body, enabling you to improve your strength, endurance, coordination, and stability.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the individualization of the online training programmes, we are committed to making any necessary changes to ensure you are happy with the product. All purchases are final, except for extenuating circumstances.
